What I collect
When you send the quote form, I get what you type in: your name, contact info, and details about your note. I use it to review your note, contact you, and keep a record of our conversation.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They show me how people use the site, like which pages get read and where people get stuck. They use cookies and collect things like your device, browser, rough location, and clicks. Clarity may record how you move around the page. I don't use it to read what you type into forms. You can block these with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
Who I share it with
If you tick "Send me occasional tips for note holders," your name and email are added to my email list, which runs on EmailOctopus. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you don't tick it, you won't be added.
I don't sell your info. I share it only when needed to work on your note, like with a title company, appraiser, attorney, or servicer. If I think another buyer is a better fit for your note, I'll ask you before I share your details.
